Ryan Riddle and his team of advisors carry over 30 years of combined experience in professional baseball both as players and agents.

Ryan was a pitcher at the University of Texas Arlington and in the St. Louis Cardinals association, so he knows first hand a player's experience, development, and relationship needs navigating the transition into professional ball. That first hand experience as a player is the driving force to remain a relationship based advisor first.

Ryan pitched for Texas Wesleyan and University of Texas Arlington before signing with the St. Louis Cardinals. After two years with the Cardinals organization, Ryan played for independent ball for the Ft. Worth Cats, Chico Outlaws, San Angelo Colts, and Grand Prairie Airhogs. While at UTA, he received his degree in Kinesiology from University of Texas Arlington.
After Ryan's professional playing career ended, he was an advisor for Excess Sports Management before venturing out on his own to start On Deck Advisors.

Ryan is a long time DFW, Texas resident and husband to Shaina Riddle and father to two beautiful children, Luke and Tate. Together, they are the supporting cast that helps On Deck Advisors function.

On Deck Advisors is a Texas based full service agency serving Texas based ballplayers. We are the strongest agency for Texas baseball athletes built around building exclusive holistic relationships with our hand selected clients. We only carry a small client based per draft class to preserve this ability to serve our clients fully, be available 24/7, and see our guys through the college recruitment, draft preparation, draft selection, and professional development process.
